Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the letting of the former Blockbuster premises at 426-430 Ashley Road, Parkstone, Poole to Not Just Antiques Ltd, who will open the premises as an Antiques Emporium.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 1,703 sq ft with 1,689 sq ft of additional space at first floor and was let on a new lease. The quoting rental was £27,000 per annum, exclusive.
Goadsby also manage the property and Grant Cormack of Goadsby commented, “Working jointly with our management department, we were delighted to be able to assist Not Just Antiques Ltd in securing premises and hope that the shop is a real success”.
