National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has let prime offices on Leicester’s inner ring road to St John Ambulance.
St John Ambulance staff have moved into the 5,164 sq ft first floor of Eastgate House in Humberstone Road, Leicester, which is a centrally-located, four storey high-quality modern office building on the outskirts of Leicester city centre.
LSH acted jointly with North Rae Sanders on the letting, on behalf of the current leaseholders, the National Youth Agency, which continues to occupy the ground floor. A further 5,142 sq ft on the top floor and basement of Eastgate House remains for lease and LSH and North Rae Sanders are hoping to attract a tenant to complement St John Ambulance and the National Youth Agency’s activities in the New Year.
Mel Fox, Regional Director of St John Ambulance commercial training division said, “St John Ambulance is delighted to have secured new quality premises within Leicester. Eastgate House is an ideal location for our customers, our staff and our volunteers and will enable us to satisfy the increasing demand for both our commercial training and charitable activities.”
Jenny Clarke of LSH Leicester’s Office Agency Department said: “This is a good quality office in an excellent position with a high parking provision. We are very pleased to have attracted such a high calibre client as St John Ambulance. We still have one floor remaining in this building for immediate occupation.
“This letting is one of a number of office lettings successfully transacted by Lambert Smith Hampton recently, both in the city centre and out of town.”
National Youth Agency chief executive, Fiona Blacke, said, “We are delighted to welcome St John Ambulance to our building which is now buzzing with activity. We have been very impressed with how smooth the process of leasing the building has been and look forward to working with LSH and North Rae Sanders to ensure it is at full occupancy as soon as possible.”
