This month, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, St. Modwen, has started works on the final two business units at its 32 acre Quedgeley West Business Park near junction 12 of the M5.
Gloucestershire based aluminium extrusion product supplier, Vision Profiles Ltd, will be occupying the first of these units – a 37,000 sq ft storage and light production facility – when it completes in winter 2014 / early 2015. The second unit – a 29,000 sq ft detached building – will complete at the same time and provide the last remaining opportunity for an occupier to purchase or rent a new building at this established Business Park.
Peter Davies, Senior Development Manager for St. Modwen, the land owner and developer of Quedgeley West said:
“Quedgeley West is one of four sites we’re developing in Gloucestershire and with over 460,000 sq ft of distribution and industrial space now occupied, completed or underway on site, delivery of these final two units at Quedgeley West will complete this successful development. We are also progressing works for additional warehouse, industrial and office accommodation at our nearby 15 acre site, Gateway 12, in Waterwells.”
Vision Profiles Ltd currently operates out of two sites and employs 35 people. When it merges its current operations into the one new purpose built facility at Quedgeley West, the firm will join many other sizeable occupiers at Quedgeley West. These include logistics firm, C M Downton Ltd, world-leading technology and information solutions supplier to the oil and gas industry, Schlumberger and UK courier service company, City Link as well as footwear wholesaler, Gardiner Bros, whose new building recently completed in May 2014.
Quedgeley West Business Park is one of four sites being developed by St. Modwen in Gloucestershire alongside Gateway 12 at Waterwells Business Park, Quedgeley East Business Park, adjacent to Junction 12, and the £150 million Littlecombe scheme in Dursley.
Quedgeley West Business Park agents are Alder King and Ash and Co.
