A new woman’s and menswear fashion shop will be opening shortly in Hughenden Yard, Marlborough, following Kilpatrick & Co’s letting of Unit 11 to Brocks. Following fitting out, Brocks will be opening in September with a new range of autumn clothing from well known brands such as Duchamps, Circle of Gentlemen, COG Women, Salon des Femmes etc.. Brocks already have 3 other shops trading in Stow, Cirencester and Bath.
Andrew Kilpatrick of Kilpatrick & Co said, “We are delighted to welcome Brocks to Hughenden Yard as we are sure their presence will enhance Hughenden Yard’s reputation as the location in Marlborough for specialist retailers.”
Brocks will join long established Hughenden Yard tenants, such as Vincent Menswear, Sound Knowledge, a specialist music shop, Azuza coffee shop/restaurant, ladies fashion, B & Co, renowned hairdressers Goldsworthy’s, interior designers and handmade kitchen fitting specialists, Moore & Bradfield, and Heart’s Desire, a specialist furniture shop.
