Sanderson Weatherall, the national firm of chartered surveyors and commercial property specialists has bolstered its presence in Bristol with a new address following substantial growth.
The fast paced Bristol arm of the business has relocated to Queen Square, central to the core of the city and one of its prime business postcodes.
The new address will accommodate the fast growing, dynamic team who provide a wide range of property services to both regional and national businesses in the Bristol and South West area. Specialisms include agency, retail, food and beverage, valuation, investment and building consultancy services. The team are also well placed to offer any of the firm’s broader property services, including those of leisure experts Edwards and Partners, a division of Sanderson Weatherall based in Tiverton.
Richard Saunders Partner in Retail Agency at the firm commented; “Our commitment to Bristol over the last two years has seen us grow to 13 staff in a short space of time, positioning us as perhaps the fastest growing surveying practice in the city.
“We are delighted to put our roots down in Queen Square. The location works brilliantly for us, being close to the now premier business district of Temple Quay and Temple Meads train station, yet still in close proximity to the Waterfront Leisure Quarter, and close to Cabot Circus, the city’s prime shopping. It’s the right choice for a growing, ambitious business such as ours.”
The paperless office has been configured with the needs of the business and a modern day work ethic in mind and the contemporary layout provides ample seating for local staff and hot desk requirements for frequently visiting colleagues. It also provides room for anticipated expansion in coming years.
