GBR Phoenix Beard has sold Unit 2, Holly Park in Erdington to Under Control Instruments for an undisclosed sum. The mid-terrace, modern industrial unit is 4,940 square feet in total and will provide expanding Under Control Instruments with the space needed to meet growing demand from customers. Under Control Instruments supplies specialist commercial heating control instruments, infrared heat lamps, industrial heating elements and catering spares. The company has relocated from within Erdington and employs six people at the new Holly Park base.
Speaking about the company’s move, Delroy Dore, Managing Director of Under Control Instruments said:
“This is a landmark move for us as we have been operating for ten years, and whilst we are only moving a relatively short distance, Erdington has been a superb location from which to build our customer base. The upturn in the economy has given us the confidence to invest further in the business.”
