WorleyParsons, a leading provider of professional services to the resources and energy sectors, has relocated its Bristol office to Bull Wharf.
WorleyParsons has taken over 4,300 sq ft of recently refurbished space on the second floor of the office building, which is located in a prominent waterfront position on Redcliff Street in the city centre. The company was previously based at Redcliffe Parade West and is relocating in order to position for future growth.
DTZ is the letting agent at Bull Wharf.
Phil Moore, Associate Director in DTZ’s Office Agency team, commented: “Bull Wharf has continued to attract a diverse range of occupiers seeking centrally located high quality office space. There is now just one floor remaining following Fox Hartley Solicitors taking space in the building earlier this year.”
Adrian Shields, from WorleyParsons, added: “Bull Wharf puts us on a strong strategic footing for the future with its central location, easy walking distance to Temple Meads and superb waterfront views. The refurbishment has been completed to a great standard and offers us the flexibility we require to expand our Bristol base in an excellent working environment. We can’t wait to settle in.”
