Gloucestershire commercial property specialists Bruton Knowles have sold the former BVM Moto site in London Road, Stroud after a hectic six week campaign.
The former motorcycle garage, workshop and forecourt – a landmark on the main A419 road through Stroud – has been snapped up by national DIY chain Topps Tiles.
Julian Capewell from Bruton Knowles said: “There was a great deal of interest in this property from potential buyers both local and national.”
The 0.29 acre site near Stroud town centre is a purpose built detached building comprising a showroom area with glazed frontage and large stores area along with workshop and forecourt.
The well-known Stroud-based motor cycle dealership, which supplied bikes of all types for over 30 years, ceased trading in January.
