Four new retailers have announced their arrival at Fleet Walk Shopping Centre in Torquay.
Roman Originals, the ‘fashion forward’ womenswear retailer, has taken a 4,800 sq ft unit on 76 Fleet Walk. A 2,237 sq ft unit on 72 Fleet Street has also been let to womenswear retailer Miss London trading as Opus.
North Devon-based surf and beach lifestyle brand Saltrock has taken a 2,065 sq ft at Fleet Walk as part of its UK expansion strategy, whilst Fleet Barbers is moving into a 189 sq ft kiosk within the centre.
In addition to the new lettings, two existing tenants have relocated to larger units within the Centre. Alternative fashion retailer, Tribal Voice has upgraded to a 1,678 sq ft unit in The Gallery whilst giftware retailer, Lunnazurra has moved to a larger unit in the Winter Gardens section of Fleet Walk.
The lettings closely follow the announcement that Sports Direct will be taking a 12,700 sq ft unit, the largest letting at the centre for 10 years.
Located in the centre of Torquay by the Harbour and Marina, Fleet Walk Shopping Centre has 140,000 sq ft of retail outlets and a secure car park with over 400 spaces. Leading stores include, TK Maxx, Poundland, Wetherspoons, Pizza Hut and Laura Ashley.
