Property consultancy Alder King, acting on behalf of CEPC Ltd, has finalised two industrial lettings at the Forrest Units on Marsh Barton Trading Estate in Exeter.
Units 2 and 4, both providing 2,381 sq ft (221.2 sq m) of industrial accommodation, were let on new five year leases.
Unit 2 was let to specialist battery distributor BBL Batteries, an expanding South West firm with branches in Bristol, Swindon, Plymouth, Truro and Exeter. The company supplies batteries, chargers and portable power solutions for industrial and domestic use and stocks well over 5,000 different premium brand and niche products.
Unit 4 was let to RW Refrigeration Wholesale Limited, a leading wholesaler and distributor of air conditioning and refrigeration supplies, for the opening of its first branch in Exeter. The company stocks over 6,000 different products across its 11 branches,
