Property consultancy Alder King has been appointed by Regus to lead its search for new business centre locations across the South West and South Wales.
The global workplace provider, which currently has more than 300 locations across the UK, is looking to explore options in new and established markets such as Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Cheltenham, Taunton, Exeter, Truro and Newport.
The search in the South West and South Wales will focus on properties of 10-15,000 sq ft in traditional in and out of town business locations. In addition Regus is keen to identify areas of space in transport hubs, universities and shopping centres.
Simon Price, head of agency at Alder King, said: “We’re delighted that Regus has appointed us as its preferred agents to help expand its network of flexible workplace locations across the South West and South Wales.
“Regus has identified untapped demand for flexible workplaces in a number of towns across the region and excessive demand in centres where it already has representation such as Bristol and Exeter. We will use our unrivalled knowledge of the region’s office market to help Regus expand its network and meet this demand over the next 12 months.”
