DTZ has expanded its Retail Agency team across the northern region with the appointment of Will Thomas as Associate Director.
Will joins DTZ’s northern region Retail Agency team from Liverpool based Mason Owen and Partners. Over the last fourteen years he has dealt with both retail and leisure across the north west. His previous clients include Tesco, Iceland, Bruntwood and Downing. Based in Manchester, Will will be taking the lead on retail agency dealing with acquisition and disposals for retail and leisure clients including Vodafone, Virgin Money and Robinson’s Equestrian. He will also be working on disposals on behalf of existing DTZ clients Manchester City Council, Manchester Metropolitan University and the Royal Bank of Scotland / Nat West.
DTZ has also recruited two people in to its Leeds based northern region retail team. Josh Howe and Heather Smith join as Surveyors in the team.
