Goadsby Commercial have successfully let two retail premises in Eastleigh Town Centre to Coffee#1. Coffee#1 have taken a new lease on vacant properties at 9 Leigh Road and 38 Market Street with a view to combining both units in this prominent corner position.
Amy Baker at Goadsby comments: ‘Having been instructed to dispose of our client’s leasehold interest in 9 Leigh Road we were able to negotiate a successful surrender on behalf of our client and work with the landlord to agree a new lease to Coffee#1 of both premises, who will have a great retail presence and bring a new lease of life to two vacant properties.
