CBRE has announced that Nicola Woolford has been appointed as Head of National Portfolios in respect of Technical Due Diligence instructions. Nicola has been with CBRE in both the North West and London since 2008. This new role reflects the growth of the National Team offering in this Service Line and its desire to grow this further.
Nicola will be working closely with colleagues from across the business to ensure it is providing a responsive and highly client focused service in an area of business which continues to develop and grow as market activity increases. Nicola’s appointment complements CBRE’s already strong offering in this field and demonstrates its commitment to the provision of a market leading service.
Nicola has been involved in a number of high profile due diligence portfolios including the £750m sale of the David Lloyd Portfolio in 2013. Nicola is a Fellow of the RICS and sits on the RICS Building Surveying Professional Group Board.
Nicola will operate out of CBRE’s Manchester office though her role is a national one; maintaining her links with London and the other regional offices.
Angela Seddon, Head of Building Consultancy North West, commented; “It’s great to have Nicola back in the North West, bringing with her the valuable experience she has gained in London and the key contacts made there. The new role will help us develop this offering further across the country from this central location, and demonstrates the ability we have to act Nationally on key large Technical Due Diligence instructions.”
