Fast food giant, Subway continue their expansion in the south west following the acquisitions of two new stores.
The renowned sandwich operator has acquired the former Toni & Guy store, located in the centre of Bath at 31 Southgate Street, opposite The Southgate Shopping Centre. The new store totals 1,513 sq. ft. and Subway has taken the store by way of an assignment of the existing lease with a passing rental of £30,000 per annum.
Subway has also acquired a new unit in the Gallagher Retail Park, Cheltenham. The new store provides a store of 1,200 sq. ft. and has been acquired on a new 15 year lease at a commencing rental of £36,000 pa.
Fitting out works have commenced in Bath and both stores are due to open later in the summer.
