Property consultants Alder King have sold the freehold of a modern warehouse unit in Avonmouth on behalf of the Portsbury Property Company within two months of bringing the property to market.
Corporate House, located on Portview Road half a mile from J18 of the M5, was acquired by Bristol Properties Limited for an undisclosed sum. The property was then immediately let to expanding waste management and commercial window cleaning business Aspects Solutions.
The detached unit provides 9,039 sq ft of warehouse and open plan office accommodation on a 0.65 acre site, with off-street parking and a secure concrete yard to the rear.
Aspects Solutions, which was previously based at South Bristol Business Park, has taken the property on a 15 year lease at £55,000 per annum.
