DTZ has announced the letting of two units at Newbridge Trading Estate in Bristol.
Unit 5, comprising a 12,528 sq ft industrial unit has been let to Eurobrick Systems Limited, a leading supplier of brick cladding systems, on a 10 year lease. The company was previously based in Brislington in Bristol.
In addition, DS Smith Corrugated Packaging Limited, represented by Granby Martin Vine, has taken 45,660 sq ft of space at Unit 6-7 at the estate on a 15 year lease. Joint agents DTZ and GVA acted on behalf of a private landlord, and DTZ facilitated the relocation of BCE Distributors Limited, the existing occupier at the units to a refurbished 22,000 sq ft unit at Kingsland Trading Estate in order to accommodate the letting to DS Smith. DTZ’s Project & Building Consultancy team also assisted BCE with the relocation to Kingsland Trading Estate.
Newbridge Trading Estate is located within the established industrial, distribution, and trade counter area of St Philips and benefits from good road links to the M32 motorway and Bristol city centre.
Phil Cranstone of DTZ’s Industrial agency team in Bristol commented: “We are delighted to have secured the letting of all our client’s accommodation at Newbridge Trading Estate simultaneously. The lettings were complicated by the need to relocate BCE Distributors within a tight timeframe however, the hard work of the team paid off and delivered a great result for the client. The expansion of two locally based businesses is also another positive story for the Bristol economy.”
