Following the acquisition of Freetrade Exchange by CBRE Global Investors (CBREGi), in May this year the Asset Services and Office Agency teams at CBRE Manchester have been instructed to manage and market the property.
The acquisition of the Grade II Listed, seven storey office building on Peter Street represented the first investment into Manchester from CBREGi’s fund client who purchased the property from Property Alliance Group. Freetrade Exchange has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment programme to create Grade A offices with a new glazed entrance in the heart of the city centre, directly opposite the 5 Star Radisson Edwardian Hotel.
CBRE’s Office Agency team is marketing circa 6,308 sq ft of accommodation on the second and lower ground floors and the Asset Services team is managing the building and working closely with its occupiers to provide high levels of service, quality and innovation. Occupiers include Field Fisher Waterhouse, Oscar Associates, Zephus Ltd & Eque2 Ltd.
