Commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Heads for its Cambridge and Milton Keynes offices to build on its strong presence in the East of England.
Peter Williams has taken charge of the company’s Cambridge office, while Lloyd Spencer has taken the helm at Milton Keynes, in addition to his existing role as head of the Luton office.
Between them, Peter and Lloyd have almost 60 years’ experience in the commercial property sector in the east of England.
Peter joined Lambert Smith Hampton in Peterborough in 1980, and headed the office for around 20 years before moving to take charge in Milton Keynes in 2009.
Lloyd, who has specialist expertise in the industrial and logistics sector, joined the company in 1989. He has headed up LSH’s regional industrial team for the past three years, working along the M1 corridor out of both the Milton Keynes and Luton offices.
The Milton Keynes office has also appointed Adam Haley and David Ball as senior surveyors within the industrial and logistics and office agency teams respectively. Adam has nine years specialist expertise within the industrial and logistics sector having previously worked for two years at LSH’s Northampton office. David joins from a local practice bringing with him over 13 years experience in Milton Keynes
