Morris Property and their agents TSR have agreed a letting of the last available unit on plot 7 Vanguard Park to Shropshire Building Supplies. The 3,808 sq ft trade counter unit was let as a shell to the well-known and established family run builders and timber merchants.
The unit offers prominent main road footage allowing customers easy access and also features a secure yard to the rear.
The independent builders and timber merchants supply all types of building materials, kitchens and bathrooms, garage doors and oak to customers in the Shropshire area. With builders merchant branches already situated at Leebotwood (Church Stretton), New Road (Ludlow), March Way (Shrewsbury) and Audley Avenue (Newport), Shrewsbury was a natural progression to expand into a specialist plumbing and heating depot with planned comprehensive bathroom displays.
Ian Beaver of Shropshire Building Supplies said: “Working with Morris Property has been stress free and a pleasure. They have been extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process. We are now just waiting to finalise the letting and we can’t wait to move into the new premises. The location is fantastic and will provide easy access for our customers and staff.”
Liz Lowe of Morris Property said: “We are extremely pleased that Ian chose Vanguard Park as his preferred location when looking to expand his already successful business. We know from past experience and feedback from tenants on the site that the prominent location of these trade counter units has had a significant impact on improving their turnover.”
The letting will be finalised towards the end of the month.
