The ideal Christmas gift for that very special person in your life is going under the hammer in South Wales.
The Ancient historical feudal title of the Lordship of The Manor of Beoley, Redditch, Worcestershire, is up for sale and the guide price is £4,500.
Paul Fosh, managing director of Paul Fosh Auctions, who is selling the title of behalf of its current owner, said it would make an ideal and very unusual Christmas gift.
Paul said: “Buying this unique feudal title will allow the owner to add the title The Lord or Lady of Beoley after their name, however, I’m not sure that’ll permit you to do anything else such as drive your sheep up the high street for example. The new owner will need to check the legal pack on that one!”
The feudal title goes under the hammer at the Paul Fosh auction which will be held at the Park Inn Hotel, Circle Way East, Llanedyrn, Cardiff, on Thursday, December 8, starting at 5pm.
