BNP Paribas Real Estate, the leading property adviser, alongside joint agent Wright Silverwood, acting on behalf of client Royal London Asset Management, has let a retail unit in Coventry’s Lower Precinct Shopping Centre to global fashion jeweller Pandora.
This deal follows the shopping centre welcoming department store TJ Hughes, jewellery retailer F Hinds and Co-operative Travel at the end of 2013.
Andrew Shepherd of BNP Paribas Real Estate said: “Coventry’s Lower Precinct Shopping Centre continues to attract new retailers due to its strong tenant line up, including Next and H&M. These deals signal increasing confidence in the retail market, as well as Coventry itself. We have other leasing opportunities currently available for retailers and restaurateurs to join this exciting location.”
Stephen Kane & Co acted for Pandora.
