Software and data business ENSEK is going from strength to strength in its provision of innovative solutions to the energy industry, after a move into Nottingham city centre offices brokered by commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors.
The deal, completed by NG Director Sunny Landa, sees ENSEK take a total of 3,000 sq ft of office space on the ground floors of number 17 and 18 at the iconic Triangle office development on the NG2 Business Park.
Following VC backing in March 2014, ENSEK set for growth and plans to double its team in the next 12 months.
Sunny says: “We’re very pleased to secure a rapid deal to help ENSEK grow. Number 18, The Triangle had been empty for some time, but NG is fast developing a reputation for turnaround specialists. We were asked to come in and find a tenant for the property straight away, and that’s what we’ve done.
“Our client listened to our advice, and we were welcoming ENSEK to The Triangle shortly after the property was marketed. It goes to show that by working together with our clients and maintaining a constant dialogue, we can get results. It’s been a very satisfying deal for all involved.”

The firm is currently recruiting for a variety of roles to respond to its growing client base, and also working with Nottingham’s universities to offer undergraduate placements to ambitious students looking for commercial experience.
