Independent recruitment consultancy Woodrow Mercer Associates has signed a five year lease on new office premises on the fifth floor at Colmore Place as part of ambitious plans to expand their operations. The company is relocating from Aspect Court and will initially employ around 15 people from the new premises. The company specialises in the IT, Public Sector, Executive Search and Energy sectors.
Speaking about the company’s move, Dan Ostrowski, Managing Director of Woodrow Mercer said:
“We are experiencing highly buoyant market conditions and our new offices are a real mark of the optimism in the recruitment sector. This is a prominent base for us, with excellent access for clients, candidates and recruiters alike.”
Joe Shorney of GBR Phoenix Beard represented the landlord CBRE Global Investors. Joe commented:
“There is no denying kudos around well-established office facilities in the Colmore Row, area and the fact that Colmore Place is again fully let is testament to the embedded trust in this part of the city.”
Colmore Place is now fully let, with other tenants including Quilter, Hiscox, West Bromwich Building Society and Triton Global.
