Chesterton Humberts have recently let the first and second floor of 67 High Street, Taunton, Somerset which was a self contained suite with its own access off the town’s pedestrian High Street. The property was fitted out as a hairdressing salon which had the potential to be used as office accommodation as required. The passing rent for the property was £10,000 per annum, which provided a first floor of 74.20 sq m (798 sq ft) and second floor of 42.27 sq m (455 sq ft) with a lease expiring in 2020.
