Leading law firm Geldards has strengthened its nationally recognised Commercial Law team with the appointment of Michelle Craven-Faulkner as Partner.
She brings a wealth of experience to the firm having spent 10 years at Nelsons Solicitors providing specialist advice to businesses in areas such as IT, intellectual property, renewable energy, e-commerce and franchising.
Michelle also specialises in advising the rail sector and is currently the Derby and Derbyshire Rail Forum’s Vice Chair having previously spent the early part of her career working for Alstom Transport.
Geldards Chairman David Williams welcomed Michelle to the firm explaining: “We’re delighted that Michelle has joined the firm, her specialist expertise in complex areas of commercial law will further strengthen our offering to clients.
“Michelle’s broad experience of the wider issues associated with Intellectual Property, IT and renewable energy make her a valuable addition to the firm.

Based in Geldards’ Derby office, Michelle will play a key role in Geldards’ commercial team that currently has 13 lawyers that work across the firm’s four offices across the UK.
