Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the letting of 17/19 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth to Gadgets 4 UK Retail Ltd, trading as ‘Fone World’.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 670 sq ft with 2,403 sq ft of additional space over first and second floor and was let on a new lease. The quoting rental was £90,000 per annum, exclusive.
