DTZ today announced further expansion of its Investment Agency business with the appointment of two people to its growing team. James Kinsler and Simon Marshall both join as Senior Surveyors.
James joins DTZ’s investment team to provide disposal and acquisition advice across a wide range of commercial property. He joins from GVA where he spent six years working with clients such as KPMG, the Nationwide Building Society, HSBC and Dunfermline Building Society. Working most recently in the Corporate Recovery department, his previous role included providing a wide range of asset management and disposal advice to LPA Receivers and Administrators across all property types.
Simon Marshall joins the team from Savills, where he was working as an associate in the Valuation team. Following 12 months of retail agency specialisation at Burns Property Consultancy in Liverpool, Simon joined Savills in January 2010, initially in the retail team, before moving to Commercial Valuation. His previous clients include RBS, Santander, Nationwide, Aviva, DVS and Valad.
