An accountancy firm, which provides cloud accounting services to small and medium-sized businesses, has expanded into Birmingham-themed offices in the city.
KSA Associates has set up its headquarters at the newly refurbished Vincent Court Serviced Offices, on Hubert Street, Aston Lock, in Birmingham, to support its ongoing expansion plans.
The company, which has plans to triple its growth over the next 12 months, has also taken over the management of the building.
KSA Associates has completely refurbished and redecorated Vincent Court to include a new reception and meeting areaas well as 12 individual office suites for two to six people.
Iconic Birmingham landmarks celebrating the ‘Best of Birmingham’ including the Birmingham Bullring, St Pauls Square and Birmingham Library have also been commissioned by Images of Birmingham and feature as interior wall displays.
Director of KSA Associates Kevin Sharkey, who set up the company in 2012 said it was fantastic to be involved in the renovation project and hopes that the move to new headquarters will allow the firm to carry out its expansions plans.
“We have witnessed significant growth over the last few years and with seven staff now working at the firm along with a portfolio of around 30 clients we felt it was the right time to expand our operations,” he said.
“We were looking to move into larger office space which would facilitate our ambitious plans to triple growth which includes expanding our services and product range and recruiting five additional staff members over the next two years.
“We decided to not only move our headquarters to the Vincent Court but we also wanted to add another string to our bow and take over the management of the building.”
He added: “Vincent Court offers a fantastic set up for small and medium sized businesses looking to develop their operations and two of our clients are already taking advantage of the office space which includes a virtual office option of running an accounts department in the cloud.
“As part of the marketing of the building we are looking to assist other SME’s across Birmingham and have launched a promotion offering one company the opportunity to obtain six months free rent along with full use of our Ezyfi cloud accounting service.”
“We will also be inviting businesses across the city to attend an official opening launch party which will be held at Vincent Court on Thursday,June 26 to coincide with the World Cup fixture.”
