Salmon Harvester has sold the virtual freehold at 9 Bartley Point, Hook, Hampshire to Contour Electronics.
This is the third deal in the last two months at this warehouse and industrial development. Other recent sales were 7,959 sq ft to SPI Freight and 5,363 sq ft to Spacepath Communications.
Contour Electronics, a cable assembling and interconnect solution provider, has purchased the 999-year long leasehold interest of the 10, 568 sq ft building for a price in the region of £1,225,000.
Salmon Harvester director Doug Stewart said: ‘It is not only noticeable how resurgent the occupier market is but also how it has shifted from leasing space to buying it.’
Bartley Point is a 10-unit development of warehouses and industrial space close to junction 5 of the M3. Only 28,000 sq ft in three units remain available.
Salmon Harvester was advised by Savills and Reddin-Clancy. Contour was not represented.
