The part ground and lower ground floor at Barnard’s Inn, 86 Fetter Lane, EC4, has been let by the owner, TIAA Henderson Real Estate, to Encore Tickets for a term until December 2018.
Encore will be paying a rent of £372,000 per annum on the 15,571 sq ft (equating to £35.50 psf on the ground and £20.50 psf on the lower ground floor). This transaction will allow Encore to house its expanding London team.

TIAA Henderson Real Estate will be launching the refurbished 1st floor of 14,939 sq ft later in June 2014.
