Tej Singh has joined CBRE’s South Central Valuation team dealing predominately with valuations for loan security purposes and periodic portfolio valuations for institutions and funds.
Tej graduated with a Masters’ degree in Real Estate from London South Bank University in 2011 and recently achieved his Chartered MRICS status. He has been active in the South Hampshire property markets over the last three years, joining CBRE from Keygrove where he had been advising private and institutional clients on a broad spectrum of work.
Commenting on Tej’s appointment, CBRE’s regional head of valuation, Stephen Whitworth said: “We have continued to see confidence returning to the market across the south and increasing demand for our valuation services from both occupiers and funders alike. Expanding the team with Tej’s appointment will enable us to continue to deliver the highest quality client service and we are delighted he is joining us.”
