Over the last 12 months, almost 14,000 sq. ft. of office space in the heart of Taunton has been let to 16 different tenants in Victoria House and the adjoining Viney Court.
The space, ranging from offices of 140 sq. ft to suites of up to 2,400 sq. ft., has been taken by a range of businesses in Victoria House, including Wardell Armstrong, an engineering, environmental and mining consultancy who operate internationally, and family-run home care specialist, Butterfields.
Activity in the adjacent Viney Court has also been strong, with leading website and e-commerce specialist, Evosite, taking a suite of over 2,000 sq. ft., while existing occupier, Digital-i, has expanded in to new larger offices.
