A surveyor at Lambert Smith Hampton’s Leicester office is celebrating taking another step up the commercial property ladder.
Mike Smith has passed the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
The 26-year-old Northumbria University Real Estate Management graduate has gained valuable experience within the agency department at LSH but also in the firm’s valuations and lease advisory teams since he joined from Leeds-based Carter Towler.
“I’ve learned a great deal since joining LSH and I’m looking forward to building on that and progressing my career over the next few years,” said Mike, a passionate Leicester Tigers rugby fan.
Geoff Gibson, head of LSH in the East Midlands, said: “Mike has proven to be a very talented surveyor who has pushed himself in all aspects of work here. We’re very pleased that his hard work has paid off and that he has gained MRICS status. He has a bright future in commercial property.”
LSH is a national commercial property consultancy that works with investors, developers and occupiers across the public and private sectors, and it is single-mindedly focused on UK and Irish property markets.
