Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby have sold 19 Southbourne Grove, Bournemouth to a private investor.
The premises comprise a ground floor retail space, with a net sales area of 735 sq ft and the addition of a basement totaling 237 sq ft. The quoting price was £175,000 with vacant possession.
Upon completion, Goadsby received instructions from the purchaser to market the leasehold of the shop, which is available to let on a new full repairing and insuring lease at a quoting rental of £16,500 per annum exclusive.
