TSR, Specialist Commercial Surveyors, with offices in Shropshire and the West Midlands, are delighted to announce the appointment of Iain Mills, as Head of Agency, at their established and highly regarded Wolverhampton office.
Iain Mills is delighted to be returning to the Wolverhampton office, where he began his TSR career in 2006, to lead and direct the Agency team.
Iain, educated at Wolverhampton Grammar School, has been based at TSR’s flagship Shrewsbury office since 2008 supporting and working closely alongside Partner, Toby Shaw, in the Agency department. During the last eight years, Iain has been responsible for a diverse commercial property portfolio across Shropshire and the West Midlands including developing various major instructions such as Vanguard Trade Park for Morris Property and also acting on numerous disposals for the West Mercia Police Authority.
Iain is now excited to be re-focusing his attention on Wolverhampton and the Black Country. James Bryant will continue in post, as Assistant Surveyor, delivering professional knowledge, regional expertise and excellent customer care to Iain, his team and TSR clients. Iain Mills replaces Richard Bache who has left to pursue a new career and TSR wish him well in his new venture.
