Richard Kirby joined CBRE’s Building Consultancy team in 2010 and became a director in 2013. He has developed new clients and broadened existing relationships as the department has grown throughout the region. Prior to this, Richard set up and ran local branches of Romans and also the building consultancy team at Primmer Olds.
Former department heads Jon Diaper (PAM) and Jonathan Fairchild (Building Consultancy) have both moved into senior management roles developing CBRE’s investment transaction activity and client relationships across the region.
Commenting on the promotions, regional managing director James Brounger said: “David and Richard have made huge contributions to the regional business and their elevation to department heads is well deserved. Both the PAM and Building Consultancy divisions have grown quite considerably over the last year as the economic conditions have improved and landlords are increasingly using our expertise to ensure they get the best from their property assets.”
