The property, comprising a purpose-built industrial compound, totally approximately 4,471 (48,131 sq ft) sq m on a site of approximately 2.2 acres, sold at a freehold price in the sum of £2,600,000.
The property was let to Nationwide Platforms Ltd by way of an effectively full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 10 years from April 2012 at a rent of £180,000 per annum, exclusive.
