Bristol’s rapidly recovering commercial property sector is seeing activity levels returning to pre-recession levels triggering significant increases in activity.
Leading city commercial property specialists Colliers International has made a flurry of new appointments to help their Broad Quay based teams cope with steep increases in workload.
Head of the Bristol office Tim Davies said the latest round of appointments provided further evidence of the rapidly accelerating economy.
Emily Cooke will be working with the Bristol-based ratings and roadside automotive teams working with Will Jolly and Ben Batchelor-Wylam. She has joined Colliers International from Allianz.
Hannah Lamborn will join Peter Brunt and Simon Wells on the successful hotels team, which has taken on an unprecedented eleven new properties with a total value of £13m in the last three weeks alone. She will also be working with the corporate restructuring team.
Amelia O’Dell will be joining the building consultancy team from Protect ES Ltd in Northampton.
Completing the new lineup is Sally Davis who will join Marcus Plaw in the planning team from PCL Planning.
Tim Davies concluded: “As the development market gathers momentum Colliers International is investing in its planning departments to service a large number of national and international clients.”
“Demand is higher than it has been for several years and I am confident these new appointments will make a significant contribution to our busy Bristol-based teams.”
