Leading Midland independent property consultancy GJS Dillon has expanded its geographical, valuation and building surveying operations following a merger with respected chartered surveying firm JWL Fellows.
Stourport-based JWL Fellows, established in 1986, has a client base covering North Worcestershire, the Black Country and parts of Birmingham, as well as clients in Scotland, the south west and Northern Ireland. The firm specialises in valuations, building surveys and dilapidations.
Now the firm has merged with GJS Dillon, which has offices in Worcester and Bromsgrove. Bill Fellows, who founded JWL Fellows, becomes a partner at GJS Dillon and he will work from both offices.
The merger means that GJS Dillon can offer clients a comprehensive valuation, secured valuation (now being on the panel of most major commercial lenders) and building surveying services in-house, in addition to its existing commercial property, acquisition consultancy and property management capabilities
John Dillon, director of GJS Dillon said, “Having Bill – one of the most respected surveyors in the Midlands – come into the firm when we are taking on so much extra business is fantastic timing and his skills base allows us to offer a complete service to existing and new commercial property owners.”
Bill Fellows said, “I have been so impressed with the growth and reputation that GJS Dillon has established in the Midlands property market and I am really looking forward to both businesses coming together to capitalise on what is certainly a strengthening commercial property market”
GJS Dillon LLP, with offices in Worcester and Bromsgrove, offers a full range of commercial property consultancy services throughout Worcestershire and surrounding areas, and along the M5 and A38 corridors.
