Leading property consultants JLL, acting on behalf of Charnwood Group, have secured two office lettings in quick succession on Ocean Park, Cardiff.
First to sign were Fix Training, who took 3,884 sq ft at Collivaud House. Fix Training was founded in 2008 by Jacqui Niven and Helen Jones. Their motivation for starting the business was to deliver high quality training that had real impact. This strategy has been successful with the business growing rapidly, winning awards and expanding delivery across the UK.
This letting was followed by Net Support UK entering into a new lease for 10 years on Charnwood House measuring 5,877 sq ft. Net Support UK are a Cardiff based IT company who provide secure, flexible and innovative IT services, with a particular specialism in cloud solutions, for a range of national and local clients.
Giles Phelps, Managing Director of Net Support UK commented “Charnwood House is the ideal new premise for our Cardiff office, being easily accessible for our increasing number of staff and clients. The new office is part of our existing growth strategy which will be contributing to local employment, better serving our clients and increasing our presence locally”.
Rhydian Morris, Director of Office Agency at JLL Cardiff, commented “we are pleased to have secured these new lettings to two Cardiff based companies which has been possible due to the modern product developed by Charnwood Group. Ocean Park continues to do well particularly with the good car parking provision and its location within walking distance of the city centre”.
Andrew Creighton of Charnwood Group commented “we have been delighted with the recent take up of office space at our Ocean Park units. As a result we have begun construction of two brand new trade counter units capable of conversion to offices at the northern end of Ocean Park off East Moors Road. These units should be ready for occupation later this year”.
