Office fit out specialist, Saracen Interiors is continuing to make a name for itself in the finance sector as its Small Works division begins to build a portfolio of general refurbishment projects for City-based investment banks.
Saracen Small Works has recently completed an office refurbishment project for investment management company, Ferox Capital LLP and global investors, Internos Global. Both were fast-track projects, completed in a live environment to cause as little disruption as possible to either client’s working day. Work on these projects has included mechanical and electrical installations and general refurbishment such as recarpeting, decoration and new signage. Over the last decade, Saracen has built a strong reputation with London-based clients, working on large scale refurbishment projects and mechanical and electrical installations.
Joint managing director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page comments: “We have had years of experience working in the City of London across a wide range of commercial projects from multi-million fit outs to facilities management contracts and the negotiation of office moves. We are experiencing an increase in the smaller projects right now as there is a trend that is moving towards refurbishment and the refreshing and maintenance of existing properties rather than full-blown fit outs or office moves.
“We’re delighted that the Small Works team is extending its reach and moving into the finance sector. We have found it is an industry that is particularly appreciative of the fast-turnaround and high level of expertise that our team can offer and we are pleased to be growing our output in this sector.”
Saracen Small Works was founded in February 2013 alongside Saracen Facilities and Saracen Move Management. It is expecting a doubling of its turnover in this financial year following a successful first year of operation which saw the fledgling division take approximately 12 per cent of the company’s overall turnover.
Saracen has a proven track record in improving workplace efficiency and corporate standing with its tailor-made, cost-effective solutions. The best acknowledgement of its success can be found in the strong relations it has formed with its clients. With a growing reputation for outstanding business relationships, repeat business now accounts for a significant percentage of the company’s turnover.
