Michael Umfreville is joining BNP Paribas Real Estate from Capita Plc. He is joining the expanding Central London transactions team as an associate director specialising in office agency within the City of London.
Michael has more than 10 years of property experience, advising residential landlords, commercial landlords and corporate occupiers in Central London. In the last two years Michael has focused on advising corporate occupiers on relocations and has advised on more than 110,000 sq ft of transactions within the City over the last 12 months.
