Responding to an upsurge in the convenience Retail sector in the south west of England, specialist property adviser Christie + Co has added to its team in Exeter.
Jonathan Southgate has joined the company following over a decade working in residential agency for both multi-national and smaller independent agents. His past work has taken him from the City of London, through the home counties and, latterly, to the south west of England.
Living in Taunton with his wife, Pip and Jack Russell Terrier Teddy and with four years property sales experience in the West Country, Jonathan is ideally placed to help clients in the Retail sector in Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, and Dorset.
Jonathan says: “I’m looking forward to this fresh challenge and helping business owners fulfil their strategies over the coming years — whether that be through acquisition or disposal.”
