A building consultancy professional in the South has been promoted at a regional commercial property agency.
Dominic Else is now head of the building consultancy team at Hughes Ellard, having joined four years ago as senior building surveyor at the long-established Hampshire independent.
The team specialises in commercial building surveying and project management, operating for owners, occupiers and investors throughout the UK.
Gary Jeffries, the managing director of 20-strong Hughes Ellard, which has offices in Southampton and Fareham, said: “Dominic’s promotion is well deserved.
“We continue to see strong demand for our building consultancy services. Companies feel more confident about investing in the best working environments for their employees as the economic recovery gains traction.”
Dominic said: “The building consultancy team provides tailored solutions which add measurable value to the businesses of clients, with a co-ordinated and integrated service. My new role will be to work closely with clients, delivering excellence on all fronts.”
Dominic’s experience includes dilapidations matters, preparation of acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, building reinstatement cost assessments and project management incorporating office refurbishments and fit-outs.
Dominic, from Chichester, is BSc (Hons) PG DipSurv MRICS.
