Gloucester’s premier destination for business, Railway House, proved a big draw for commercial property agents who toured the completed conversion of the Bruton Way building.
More than 30 agents from as far as Bristol and Swindon attended the breakfast event to mark the launch onto the market of the newly refurbished 15,000 square foot top floor of the centrally located, business ready building less than five minutes walk from the city centre.
New tenants will be able to specify the configuration of the modern space, phase two of the conversion of the building by the Cheltenham based developer Formal Investments.
More than half of the 35,000 square feet is already let at Railway House, which is next to the railway station and opposite the bus station. Occupiers include Kip McGrath Education Centres, Gloucester City Homes, estate agents Movearound, Red Recruitment and PH Costs Solutions.
The existing tenants joined the agents at the celebratory event, alongside the project’s consultants and representatives from Gloucester Chamber of Commerce. Companies represented included Lambert Smith Hampton, BNP Paribas, Wells Commercial, KBW, Ash and Co, and Capita. A prize draw saw an iPad mini won by Chris Meredith of Savills Bristol.
Richard Crabb at Nick Bevan, the letting agent for Railway House, said: “Railway House is fully refurbished, available now in whole or part and offers the best quality space on the best terms in Gloucester.”
