Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of 34 Bridge Street, Taunton, Somerset on behalf of their clients. The lock up shop premises extended to 79.63 m2 (853 ft2) plus store of 16.05 m2 (172 ft2), kitchen and WC facilities. The ground floor retail unit was available at a quoting rent of £9,950 per annum.
