Harris Lamb has worked with floor cleaning specialists Vax to take over a further 20,000 sq ft at its Birmingham head office.
Vax, which already occupies 25,000 sq ft at the fifth floor of 2 Colmore Square, has expanded within the building, taking on in addition the fourth floor of the site.
Vax has taken on a 10-year lease at the city centre site, which is owned by Nurton Developments.
Harris Lamb negotiated on and agreed the terms of the deal, supported and aided the legal process on behalf of the business, and project managed the works for the refurbishment on behalf of Vax. The business also liaised with landlords and contractors to ensure that the staff relocation was able to go ahead within the planned timescale.

Harris Lamb is currently heavily involved in supporting Vax during its extensive design and build warehousing development in Droitwich, a 231,000 sq ft purpose built premises comprising of offices and warehousing, which is expected to complete this Autumn.
