Blusource, the leading supplier of strategic recruitment and advisory solutions to the professional services and commerce and industry markets, has promoted Claire Dickerson to Partner.
Claire will be responsible for heading up the recruitment team for the East Midlands and East of England regions from Blusource’s Nottingham and newly-opened Cambridge offices. In addition, Claire will also be responsible for the national roll out of Blusource Legal’s support services team, placing secretaries and paralegal staff into law firms as well as qualified staff.
Andrew Springhall, chief executive of Blusource said he is delighted with the promotion: “Claire has been with Blusource since the day we launched,” he said. “Her progress over the last five years has been exceptional, and she has been a mainstay of the business during that time.
“Claire’s five years years of commitment to our brand whilst providing an excellent experience in terms of customer satisfaction is largely recognised in the amount of recommendations from clients and candidates we receive and that this has been recognised in terms of her promotion. I look forward to working alongside Claire and she pushes Blusource’s further forward in the months and years to come.
Claire added: “As the market returns, we have noticed significant demands for our services, both in response to growth within our law firm clients and also the candidates who maybe stayed in a role for the last few years, but now feel that the time is right to move to a new challenge.
“We plan to work with a wider range of firms, cover a larger geographical area whilst still retaining our bespoke service that people who work with Blusource Legal really appreciate.”
Claire will now develop a team of recruiters to focus on a “top to bottom” legal recruitment service, from new qualified solicitors through to Partners.
Claire said: “We intend to work with more clients and candidates across the East Midlands and East of England as well as continue with our individual tailored service which we believe many of our competitors fail to offer to a high enough standard.
“I am very excited about our expansion, both where we have reached in the last 5 years and plans for the coming years in terms of growth and our success.”
Claire’s promotion comes at a time of great expansion for Blusource, which has already hired seven new staff since the start of 2014, and opened offices in Cambridge and Reading.
