Acting on behalf of AXA, DTZ together with joint agent, Savills has let space to an award-winning specialist recruitment agency at One Cornwall Street in Birmingham city centre.
Pitch Consultants, specialists in marketing, PR and creative recruitment, have taken 1,700 sq ft of grade A office space on the sixth floor of the building , located within the city’s central business district.
One Cornwall Street was refurbished to a high standard in 2012 and includes raised floors, air conditioning and LG7 lighting.

Formed in 2007, Pitch Consultants were previously based at the Custard Factory in Digbeth, but required larger, more centrally located office space to accommodate their expanding team.
